Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Leroy's Mobile Car Detailing. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made online in advance; full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Prices for services are fixed as listed on our website; however, final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle. We may require you to send clear photos of your vehicle before confirming your booking or final price.

  • If the vehicle is found to be in significantly worse condition than described or shown in photos, additional charges may apply, or the service may be refused at our discretion.

  • Prices may change at any time. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

  • Services are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our sole discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment; otherwise, no refund will be issued (except for force majeure at our discretion).

  • No refunds for missed appointments or if the vehicle is not accessible at the scheduled time.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Service Area & Location

  • No extra travel charges within 20km of Rose Bay. Additional charges may apply beyond this area.

  • The client is responsible for arranging parking and access to the vehicle; any parking fees incurred will be added to the invoice.

Service Limitations

  • We do not perform paintwork, bodywork, or mechanical repairs.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles that are unsafe, unsanitary, or present a hazard.

  • Service times are estimates only and not guaranteed; delays do not entitle the client to compensation.

  • We reserve the right to photograph vehicles before and after service for quality control and insurance purposes.

  • We do not accept responsibility for vehicles of high value, collectible, or prestige status without prior written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

  • The vehicle must be accessible and cleared of all personal valuables. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

  • The client must disclose any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle.

  • The client must provide access to water and electricity if required for certain services; failure to do so may result in cancellation with no refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to complete the job to your satisfaction, subject to our Refund Policy.

Liability & Insurance

  • We carry public liability insurance to protect our clients and business.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or mechanical failures unrelated to our service.

  • No liability for damage caused by poor vehicle condition, aftermarket modifications, or undisclosed issues.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, accidents, etc.).

Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and materials on our website are the exclusive property of Leroy's Mobile Car Detailing and may not be used without written permission.

Non-Solicitation

  • You agree not to solicit, hire, or contract our employees or contractors for private work outside of Leroy's Mobile Car Detailing for a period of 12 months after your last service.

Indemnification

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Leroy's Mobile Car Detailing from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from inaccurate information provided or failure to meet client responsibilities.

Video Surveillance

  • Some services may be recorded for security, quality control, or training purposes. Recordings will remain confidential unless written consent is provided by the client.

Privacy

  • Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Policy Changes

  • These terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
