At Leroy's Mobile Car Detailing, we stand by the quality of our work and your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Cancellations

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of emergencies or at our discretion.

No refunds for missed appointments or if the vehicle is not accessible at the scheduled time.

No refunds in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, severe weather, or events outside of our control) that prevent us from providing the service.
Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-detail your vehicle at no extra cost.

If, after our return visit, you are still not satisfied, you may request a partial or full refund, subject to review.

All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the original service.

We reserve the right to request proof (photos, videos, or other evidence) to support any claim for a refund or rework.
Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Any payment processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse or abuse of our policies.
