At Leroy's Mobile Car Detailing, we stand by the quality of our work and your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of emergencies or at our discretion.

  • No refunds for missed appointments or if the vehicle is not accessible at the scheduled time.

  • No refunds in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, severe weather, or events outside of our control) that prevent us from providing the service.

Service Issues

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-detail your vehicle at no extra cost.

  • If, after our return visit, you are still not satisfied, you may request a partial or full refund, subject to review.

  • All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the original service.

  • We reserve the right to request proof (photos, videos, or other evidence) to support any claim for a refund or rework.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Any payment processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable.

  • To request a refund, contact us via our website contact form with your booking details, reason for the request, and any supporting evidence.

Exceptions & Abuse

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse or abuse of our policies.

  • Repeated refund requests or evidence of fraudulent activity will result in refusal of service and possible reporting to authorities.

  • We may update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
