How to Book All appointments must be booked online through our Wix booking system with full payment in advance. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received via Wix Payments. Service Hours & Area Operating Hours: Saturday 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM & Sunday 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM Service Area: Eastern Suburbs of Sydney (Bondi Junction, Watsons Bay, Rose Bay, Double Bay, Vaucluse, Bellevue Hill, Travel: No extra charge within 20km of Rose Bay Service Duration: Interior or Exterior Detail: 2–3 hours Full Detail: 4–5 hours Premium packages may require additional time Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit payment or incur a fee. Severe weather cancellations are rescheduled at no charge. Service Requirements: Your Location Must Have: -Suitable outdoor space -Safe parking for our vehicle -Access to power and water Your Vehicle: -Must be accessible at appointment time -Keys provided for interior detailing -Remove valuable personal items (not our responsibility) For heavily soiled vehicles requiring extensive work, service time or pricing may be adjusted before starting. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee -We're committed to delivering a flawless finish on every job.
